Son of the late Mutua Ndunda and Kawia Mwikali of Mua Hills.
Beloved husband to Mama Palamo Ndete Mutua, and loving father to David Mawio, Alice Mwikali, and Peter Musyoka (Nairobi).
Mzee Mutua was a retired teacher and church-planter, who served diligently in the mission field for four decades. He was a founding elder of AKC Mua Hills, Hope Synagogue International among other churches, where he led countless faithful in faith and discipline.
A community pillar and wise counselor, Mzee Mawio’s kindness and fairness earned him respect from all generations.
Prayers and funeral meetings are ongoing at the family home in Mua Hills, Machakos County.
The cortege leaves Mountain of Hope Funeral Home, Machakos, on Saturday, 25th October 2025, for a funeral service and burial at his homestead in Mua Hills.
