It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Mr. Rajesh Pravinbhai Shah, which occurred on Tuesday, 28th October 2025, in Kampala.
Rajesh was a cherished husband, devoted father, beloved brother, and pillar of the community. He was the Managing Director of Excel Hardware Ltd, and a respected member of the Shree Visa Oshwal Community.
Son of the late Pravinbhai Maneklal Shah and the late Pushpa Pravinbhai Shah of Mombasa.
Beloved husband of Mrs. Nalini Rajesh Shah.
Father of Anita Shah (UK), Rahul Shah (USA), and Kiran Shah (Nairobi).
Father-in-law of Rajeev Patel and Priya Mehta.
Grandfather of Aryan, Meera, Arav, and Nisha.
Brother of Mitesh Shah (Mombasa), Kalpesh Shah (Thika), and the late Chandrika Patel.
Brother-in-law of Priti Mitesh Shah, Sunita Kalpesh Shah, and Anil Patel.
Rajesh will be fondly remembered for his humility, generosity, and service to both business and faith. His quiet strength, devotion to family, and commitment to community upliftment have left a lasting legacy in the hearts of all who knew him.
A prayer meeting (Antim Vidhi) will be held at the Shree Lohana Mahajan Hall, Parklands, on Thursday, 23rd October 2025, from 3:00 PM. The cremation ceremony will take place at Kariokor Hindu Crematorium on Friday, 34th October 2025, at 10:00 AM.
